Can you hold a place before I apply?
No. A property is held once an applicant is approved with a signed lease and security deposit payment submitted. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
The security deposit is due at lease signing. Full first month’s rent is due by move-in. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
All residents 18 years or older are required to apply. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, in accordance with lease terms and state laws. -
Who needs a cosigner?
An applicant that does not meet all criteria may have the option to include a cosigner. -

How do I pay rent?
Payments can be made electronically through your tenant portal. ACH payments are FREE to use. Debit and credit card payments have a 4% processing fee. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Contact your property manager with the full pet information. Pet fees and pet rent will be due with approved pet/s. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Contact your property manager for options. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Please submit all move out requests through your tenant portal and provide your forwarding address. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Maintenance damages and repairs due to the tenant are tenant responsibility. Standard maintenance items are the owner's responsibility.
