Corey is a key member of Integrity 1st Properties working in the Director of Operations role for the company. He is responsible for making sure systems and accounting run smoothly as well as many of the day to day needs of the company. Corey has always had a passion for real estate and has been in and around residential construction his entire life. Combining his previous experience and growing within the housing market drove him to pursue a career in real estate. Corey values persistent follow up, follow through and maintaining open communication to ensure that clients are informed and confident throughout their time with us. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities, traveling and seeking new adventures with his family.
Josh is a valued member of Integrity 1st properties and has been in the real estate industry for nine years. As Director of Acquisitions he oversees the growth of the company and his main role is connecting with new potential clients and sharing the value of the company with them.
Josh grew up in the real estate business and spent time working in property management, where his passion for helping others grew. Born and raised in England, he has had the opportunity to be exposed to many different cultures while growing up which helps him connect with people from all backgrounds and cultures. Josh values making a difference in the world and wants to impact as many people as he can with the time he has. Josh specializes in property management and investment properties and is an active member of NARPM (National association of residential property managers).
In his spare time, he enjoys watching and playing soccer, spending football season at Arrowhead Stadium cheering on the Chiefs, and spending time with his family.
Leslie is a core member of Integrity 1st properties and has been in the real estate industry for five years. Her role as Director of Tenant services allows us to handle maintenance needs from tenants in a timely and efficient manner whilst offering communication to the owners at a high level so all parties are aware.
Leslie always has her clients’ best interest at heart and wants them to be thrilled for the end result of their transaction and takes pride in the feeling of contributing to such an important milestone.
In her spare time, Leslie likes being outside and spending time with her family exploring. She also enjoys volunteering for other non-profit organizations.
Rick brings his wealth of knowledge to the company and assists in the broker role overseeing the legalities/compliance of the company.
Ricks has a passion for real estate extends into not just management but sales and building.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, traveling and cheering on all the local KC sports teams.
Tayler is the newest member of the Integrity 1st team and joins us with a wealth of knowledge in real estate. She has been licensed for over 6 years and was previously in our sales division. Tayler has a great ability to build quality relationships with fellow colleagues and tenants we serve and leads with honesty and integrity. Tayler is married to a Kansas City Firefighter and has 3 daughters. In her spare time its all about quality family time, travelling and watching the CHIEFS!
